Leadership Forum: Igniting Limitless Potential for All Learners with Encinitas Union School District

Our Learner-Centered Leadership Forum series is an opportunity to gain timely, first-hand insights, examples, ideas, and lessons learned from learner-centered district leaders doing the work in the field with their teams, community, and learners.

In this second event in the series in December 2023, Encinitas Superintendent Andrée Grey and Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services Amy Illingworth shared about their vibrant approach to communicating the district’s common vision and how educators play an important role in how the stories of all learners unfold.

  • Gain valuable insights and creative examples of how the district is rallying behind its learner profile and making it a “living” document throughout the community that guides educators, learners, and staff members alike.
  • Discover how Superintendent AndrĂ©e Grey is leading the district’s efforts to ignite the potential of every learner.
  • Learn about the dynamic communication strategies Encinitas uses to inspire partners to bring this vision to life.
